My grandson used it to tape an outdoor camera to the edge of my window and it has been there for two months without budging so I would say the adhesion is fantastic.It is thicker than normal, which works great for using it on things you need an extra adhesion. Did not stick.But I have used it on other things, and I am impressed.Sticks strong. Thick, holds up to water and extreme wear and tear.As for floor I used some other tape that sticks well to floor. Then I put this tape over it for the strength.
