I wish I knew about kefir beforehand because this was a game changer. I was going to the toilet regularly and what's more it tasted lovely. How can healthy food taste great too! My secret was freezing my berries and then adding a good amount of kefir which also froze the yogurt so you get a tasty frozen yogurt/ ice cream taste for those trying to cut out sugar. It's the best alternative and healthy. Sadly after taking kefir I found out I was allergic to dairy but that's my personal issue.
