The picture shows quite well where the nose strap sits on the canny collar but the muzzle fixing may interfere with the canny collar and how it works. The Canny Collar has it's own buckle style collar that you fit on your dog like a normal collar and the nose strap runs along this collar through guides. So it may just be ok. I take her training classes as well as using the canny collar. Before i got the canny collar i used to hate walking her in public (she was born in a animal sanctuary and was there for 5 months and now has learnt behaviour of barking and lunging forwards at other dogs). With the canny collar I have far more control over her. I wouldnt be without it now. At first they hate it and they will try and get the loop off , you both have to get used to using it. My daughter is only tiny and works at a animal sanctuary, she uses it on all of the big dogs and thinks its brilliant. She has seen people using canny collars in strange ways and fitted to dogs in strange positions. So follow the instructions, watch the dog to make sure its not getting the nose loop off and try it for a few months. Unlike others, this doesn’t pull my dogs face to one side or pull at his eyes which makes for a much better walking experience.Having ordered the smaller size which it is recommended that he’s too large for, the collar works much better. The nose strap is thinner and the collar also so he is more comfortable and less dragging his nose on the floor.The size 3 collar is bulkier and my dog reacts more negatively to it when walking. The size 2 has the thinner nose strap and he is able to open his mouth fully.It is extremely easy to use and very hard wearing.
