A: yes it is

**Q: do you need to buy a bushing for this die ?**
A: This is a standard full length bench rest sizing/depriming die.  It does not require the use of neck bushings.  You get the factory neck sizing and that's it.  unless you need to taylor your neck size to different than standard (for neck to bullet tension) this die should work just fine for you.

**Q: Is this for resizing 223 to 300blk ?**
A: You are partially on the right track.
Please google up converting 223 brass to 300 blackout. 
There is more than a die needed.

**Q: Do you also have it in 6.5 creedmoor?**
A: Yes
