Review: Excellent for keeping teeth clean after meals - I have been using PUR Sugar Free Chewing Gum after meals, and it works extremely well for me. I usually chew one piece for about 10 minutes after eating, and my teeth feel very clean afterwards. I chew around 5 pieces per day, either after meals or after drinking lemon water. When I run my tongue over my teeth, they feel smooth and free from food buildup, which gives a very fresh and clean feeling. After using this gum for about six months, my dentist complimented me on how well I take care of my teeth. Before using this gum, I didn’t receive such feedback, so I truly believe it helped improve the condition of my teeth. For the best results, I personally avoid eating or drinking for 1–2 hours after chewing, so the cleaning effect lasts longer. So far, I haven’t noticed any negatives. The taste is pleasant, and the texture is good. Some people might find the flavor mild, but for me it’s perfect. Results may vary depending on personal habits and dental routines. **Q: About how many pieces are in a bag?**
A: I did count a bag once and worked out that if I used one piece a day each bag would last 2 months. I can't remember the exact figure, but it was at least 60, possibly up to 70. Hope that helps.

**Q: Does the bag reseal?**
A: Yes they do - in zip fashion.

**Q: difference between spearmint and coolmint??!**
A: I did not like the cool mint flavour as the mintiness did not last as long as the spearmint and has a slightly bitter taste to it.  The spearmint is sweeter and fresher and always by this flavour now although, I plan on trying the Pomegranate and Mint ones soon.

**Q: Is this gum biodegradable?**
A: The manufacturer could answer this best. The gum base (take a look at the ingredients list) in most of today's chewing gums contains plastics or derivatives, including artificial, so because of this the chewing gum may not be fully biodegradable. Hopefully you will receive a direct answer by the former.
