Review: Finally Found a Protein Powder I Can Trust - Finding a good protein powder can be overwhelming with so many choices on the market. I also have a history of diverticulitis, so I'm careful about what I put into my body and how my stomach responds to different products. A coworker of mine, who is very dedicated to fitness and has impressive muscle definition, recommended this protein powder. He told me he'd been using it for a long time and even shared his overnight oats recipe with me. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The vanilla flavor is smooth, it mixes well, and I've had no digestive issues with it. I even started making his overnight oats recipe, and it's become one of my favorite healthy breakfasts. I've been using this protein powder for over a year now, and I continue to purchase it because it's consistently high quality, tastes great, and works well for my nutritional goals. If you're looking for a dependable protein powder that blends easily, no clumping and tastes good, I highly recommend giving this one a try.
Review: Excellent Tasting, Quality Protein Powder. NOT FAST ABSORBING - Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Protein I bought this to drink on non workout days (on those days I drink the ISO 100) because this whey protein is cheaper, and it is not a fast acting protein. I figure I can save a few bucks because I only need the fast acting after workouts, but I am constantly finding myself needing to supplement protein to reach my macro goals. Its delicious tasting just like the ISO. It dissolves well. The package was full(that seems to be a frequent complaint I've seen in reviews of the ISO at least). It is excellent quality protein powder, just not fast absorbing. Get the ISO 100 for that

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What's the difference with this one and the ISO 100?**
A: This product contains 25% of your daily cholesterol in 1 shake. Avoid this. The iso has less chol. I hope you read these nutrition labels.

**Q: Why does the title say five pounds and the products say five ounces?**
A: Every time I've ordered the 5 pounder I've received 5 pounds of powder. Not sure what you're looking at. Must be a misprint.

**Q: Nutrition label?**
A: Hi! Please see the gallery of images. It got a little out of order, but the nutrition panel can be found near the end of the images!

**Q: Does this contain any form of corn?**
A: I don't know if there's any alternative name for corn products, but I use the Chocolate Cake Batter flavor, and I just read the ingredients list, and nothing on there says "corn". Hope this helps.

I’ve really been enjoying this protein powder. It mixes easily, has a great vanilla flavor, and doesn’t have an overly artificial taste. It’s also convenient for getting extra protein throughout the day. Overall, a great product and I would definitely recommend it!
