No idea. But they are just smaller versions of normal freezable ice blocks so it’ll be water along with a freezing agent and a thickening agent I would imagine. Despite looks to the contrary the blocks are completely sealed so don’t worry about the inside leaking out because it doesn’t. However, the tops do come loose so may need glueing on. I wouldn’t personally recommend them for anything more than a lunchbox as they don’t stay frozen long.
