I love that it comes with a stand, I love that it's rechargeable with a USB-C cable (I have so many!), I love that it has the double spiral whisk. It's VERY powerful, much more than the Bodum milk frother, so it was a little startling at first but I have gotten used to its strength. I would say the results depend more on the cream/milk you use, not the frother, but I am able to get very dense foam from my half and half I get from the grocery store. I have not had any issues with starting or using this milk frother and I am very very happy with this purchase. It's also good to use to scramble eggs!
