Also known as the “Lily of the Incas” or “Peruvian Lily,” these flowers bloom in early summer and can last throughout the fall depending on the variety. This plant produces lily-like flowers with strong stems that grow in a bush up to two to three feet tall. Alstroemeria thrives in warmer weather. Alstroemeria, also known as Peruvian Lilies or Princess Lilies, are petite plants with lush foliage that produce a wealth of vivid blooms from late spring to early autumn. Alstroemeria will stop blooming if the soil gets too hot. This means that you can plant them in full sun if you live in India, but you will want to choose a place with partial shade if you live farther inland. If you are growing alstroemeria in containers, use larger planters to keep the soil from overheating. Another option for plants in containers is that you can move them onto a covered patio or other shaded area during warmer months. ## Features - Pack of 2 Ariane Alstroemeria Peruvian Lily Perennial Flower Plant Tuberou Bulbs Excellent Quality Attractive Flower Bulbs Pack for Your home Garden/ Nursery. - Alstroemeria flowers should be planted in an area of your garden that is mostly sunny. They thrive when receiving full morning sun and some partial shade in the afternoons. - These plants do best when they’re watered regularly. When first planted, keep the rhizomes (the underground stems) wet until you see the first shoots appear, then one-inch of water every week. - After the plant has become more established, it can take less water. Alstroemeria need full sun to flower well and should be grown in reasonably fertile and well-drained soil. Choose a sheltered spot, ideally away from prevailing winds, and add organic matter to the soil before planting. - FernsFly has extraordinary flower bulbs, tuber, corms etc. collection please visit FernsFly store by simple step just click on ” FernsFly “ Store name, and see FernsFly Flower Bulbs Collection FernsFly is frequently trying to bringing more and more varieties for your indoor outdoor garden.
