I was so upset given that I really liked the chairs and they looked so good on my patio. BUT, I contacted the company via email with photos and explained what happened and they were AMAZING! After a few emails exchanges I had a brand new chair on the way. 5 STARS!! These chairs are very well made and easy to put together. The other chair and the new chair are just fine. Things happen and this company was quick to get it resolved which I most definitely appreciate.

I was super impressed with the price for the both of them, so that was a win right off the bat! The acacia-wood frame feels solid and the folding design makes it easy to reposition or store when needed. The adjustable backrest has five positions—from upright to flat—so we’ve used it for reading, sunning, or even daytime naps. The cushions are thick and comfortable, and while they’re not waterproof you just need to cover them or bring them in after rain. The built-in wheels help move each chair easily without dragging.
