If you need to adjust you can pull it up and adjust and it will lay back down without loosing its adhesive. It feels like a quality frame on the mirror when i finished. For making the seams and trimming edges i recommend a scalpel or X-Acto blade. Does not feel like normal peel and stick as its thick and the design is elegant.
