Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rods are patented fibre rods that carry a powerful water-repellent material. They are simply inserted into holes drilled at regular intervals along a mortar course. These are very simple and easy to use

Does what they say in the dry rod system. Cuts clean and accurate rods for insertion into drilled mortar holes. Length of cutter is just right for the recommended spacing of holes -120 mm. Bit pricey for what it is and you could get away with a Stanley knife and ruler in all honesty but good confidence that you won't deform the rod with this tool and a good fit in the hole is necessary to make the damp get to the rod and start the reaction off. Yh
