Changing my review to 1 star due to zero customer service. They seem to work OK. But they make an, as of yet unidentified, sound for seemingly no reason. Almost like it's trying to tell me something, but the documentation doesn't mention it, or describe it clearly, so I have no idea why they keep making this noise. It's not the same noise it makes when you press "Play Sound" in "Find My" - It's a high-pitched escalating tone of some kind. I bought several of these to put on all of our car keys. Only some of them seem to make this noise. Last night one of them started making the noise as they were all hanging up in the cabinet where we keep them. I have replaced the batteries to try to resolve, but nothing works. If anyone knows why this is happening I'd appreciate the insight. Other than that, they seem fairly reliable for this purpose, but I wouldn't put on on your dog, not rugged enough.
