Review: Great company - I bought this for an outdoor shower build and it has been great- even with the very hard water in my area I’ve only had one issue come up which happened about nine months after purchase. The cartridge on the hot water side got out of whack and it started leaking water. I took it apart and realigned the ceramic insert inside the chamber which fixed the problem. All of that said, I also contacted customer service and they were awesome! They responded right away and even offered a free cartridge if I needed it. Great company!

I bought this for an outdoor shower build and it has been great- even with the very hard water in my area I’ve only had one issue come up which happened about nine months after purchase.
