### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality.
*by K***S on September 2, 2023*

Performing good so far.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is great, except the battery won't charge
*by M***I on December 29, 2024*

Just started using the laptop today and so far it's exactly what was advertised, except that the battery won't charge. Dell's built-in diagnostics say, "Charger - The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. The battery may not charge" I've followed all available support suggestions, no luck. It's such a great price/deal that I'm still giving it four stars, but I might return it and try my luck with another one.
