I have 2 suspension exercise systems with ceiling mounts already securely installed in my ceiling and I though this would be a nice addition to my repertoire. Then I realized that I wanted two bands so I got another same brand size small band which actually turned out to be different from the first band although the cost was comparable. One is clearly heavier duty, much thicker, although both seem very sturdy. One has red ends, the other has black ends. Neither band is size labelled which would seem to be a safety concern if a heavier person unknowingly attempted to use the bands. The product pages for both bands says "Bungee Latex Tape Bands Size: Small: suitable for user weights 80-120 pounds or 36-54 kg, Medium: suitable for user weights 115-140 pounds or 52-64 kg, Large: suitable for user weights 135-200 pounds or 61-91 kg" No instructions for use were included.
