A: It depends on the original bulb installed, if you are not sure which bulb size fits your vehicle, please check your vehicle handbook or the part number on your original bulbs, you can also search "Automotive Bulb Guide" online.

A: We would highly recommend checking your fuses first. If they are good, put back the stock bulbs to see if they light up. If they do light up, we also recommend installing the bulbs with decoders first before declaring the bulbs defective.

**Q: 3. Why is the bulb flickering/dim or dashboard error message occurring?**
A: Some vehicles' computer systems can't recognize the low power draw of the bulb. it may cause a bulb-out indicator on your dashboard and sometimes cause the bulb to flicker or dim. A load resistor or CANbus decoder can be installed to solve this.

**Q: 4. How do I know if my vehicle requires extra CANbus decoders installed?**
A: The bulbs keep flashing when you try to switch on the bulbs

**Q: 5. How does a CANbus decoder work?**
A: In some sensitive car, the bulbs fail to work because their power does not reach the minimum requirement of the installed CANbus system. The decoder not only increases the wattage but sends a signal to the CANbus system of the car.

Just installed today 7/12/24. Seemed just as bright as any other LED I’ve used. Easy plug and play. Feels a bit lower quality. I thought they were fanless, cause of its size, but it has a tiny fan that’s fairly loud. I hope it doesn’t go out. Will update in a month or two n how it does. Paid over $50 for this set h7 connection. Update: 10/25/24 just over 3 months and working as advertised. Raising to 5 stars because it meets all requirements that I was searching for. Decent brightness, at a fair price, holding up as required, easy install, no ballistic needed, no blinking. Will update as needed. Update: 1/20/2025. About a month ago, one of my right side light still turn on but pattern has narrowed and light got dimmer. 5 months doesn’t seem to be long enough for headlights. I would expect it to last a minimum of 1 year. Dropping it down stars cause I’m pass return stage. Not sure of the warranty. Hoping they see my review and help me out.
