I use them for the gym and for traveling.I learned to squeeze gently because stuff comes out fast! Really love these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for regular travellers! *by W***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 March 2016* I regularly travel to Spain using a budget airline and to keep costs down only take hand luggage with me. This is fine as I find that I can fit all of my clothing for a week away in a small suitcase which is allowed in the cabin and a large holdall-type handbag. The only downside is that all of the liquid that I take has to be in bottles of less than 100ml. These cute silicone bottles are 3.30z which makes them just under 94ml – perfect for taking in hand luggage. I was easily able to dispense shampoo, body wash and moisturiser into these bottles through the relatively large neck opening. The bottles are coloured pink, white and blue and look very pretty. They have screw caps with a flip top and are made from silicone so easy to squeeze the contents out. The different colours also mean that I won't mix them up and end up using moisturiser on my hair! There is a flat section for adding a label but I have not needed to do this – I just remember which colour bottle I used for which product. It makes it easier that my hand cream is white so I put this in the white bottle, my raspberry shampoo is red so this goes in the pink and my lime shower gel is green so I pop this in the blue bottle. The bottles come in a robust zip-up pouch to keep together in transit and so that I can easily find them at the airport. This also offers extra protection against spillage. The top of each bottle has a circular 'hook' so that you can hang up in the shower/bathroom if you want to. I was offered this product at a reduced cost in return for my honest review. Overall I think that they are a great re-usable item that I will use again and again.
