Easy to assemble the handle to pot when it arrives, just one screw. Sturdy Cleaning even with burnt cheese is literally the easiest ever. Just amazing with their arthritus. The grandparents can, as can we, negotiate holding with the large handle which can be gripped with one or two hands is a delight. Our children can even safely grip, hold and pour this gem of a pan. Only negative and its is so small, its not worth mentioning but we are complete; Lid is tiny and light and slides all over so watch where you place it. We dropped it already, thankfully did not shatter or break but it is bent now.
