Really. And we have always enjoyed a variety of sauces & mustards & salad dressings, too. A little of this sauce goes a long way. As far as trying to describe the flavor or the taste goes, that is something of a perplexing endeavor. I do not believe that I could do the complex, exquisite layers of flavors in this truffle sauce any real justice by trying to articulate or translate those layers of flavors into writing. Wish I could. The heat level is rated on the bottle at a 2 out of 5, but it seems less than that to me. I'd say that a fresh jalapeno is much "hotter." And there are MUCH hotter peppers 🌶️ than the venerable jalapeno. One note should be made for any who may be concerned regarding sodium content: 100mg per teaspoon. It does have a bit of a salty wave to it but the truffle flavor still glides very mouth wateringly over the palate. Salt itself has 2320+ mg sodium as a comparator, and another black truffle sauce I have on hand has 40mg sodium, fyi. That other sauce was 4 times the price & not even close to the great flavor of Melinda's -- First purchased the Melinda's locally & before that first bottle was half gone, a case was on it's way from desertcart.
