I reported this immediately and was e-mailed back straight away to be told that a replacement was being sent out right then and this arrived in good order a few days later. As anything CAN get damaged in transit as regular online shoppers will appreciate the best defence against this concern is a good response when it does happen, I give this review 5-stars in part for this excellent response and partly because I love the design and quality of the product - good value too.
