My mom was coming home from the hospital by the end of the week and I was panicking. I called Click Medical and spoke with Hasbo from Proheal Products Support. She quickly assured me that she would order the mattress immediately and within 24 hours I would have the shipping and tracking information emailed to me AND with no extra charge! I received a confirmation email immediately after our conversation, shipping information the following day, and another one after it shipped with kind words about may mom returning home and not to hesitate if I needed anything else. I received the mattress in plenty of time and was so grateful . I don’t usually write reviews, but found it necessary this time with such exemplary support and kindness.
