The pouch easily fits two Galaxy Note phones with about an inch and a half of phone peeking out at the top.Inside the main, largest zippered section there is an additional zippered pouch on the back wall, and the slightly smaller zippered compartment in front has no other features.The back zippered pouch is tall, but very shallow - it's barely wide enough to hold my zippered wallet which is 3 inches. It would have been nice if that pouch extended fully across the back of the bag so you could put a passport in there.The orientation is fixed - if you wear it in front the strap will go over your left shoulder for the bag to be upright. If you put it over your right shoulder it will be on its side.The strap has great length and is nice and wide.
