**Q: Does it come with a remote?**
A: No it doesn't but the control unit sits outside the tent. Very easy to adjust.
If you get too hot simply unzip the window to let some air in.

**Q: Generator scale build up after first use! How do you stop this from happening and how to clean it?**
A: Hello there. 
If you live in a hard water area to keep it completely limescale free you should rinse and dry the generator each time to prevent any hard water from drying/causing limescale. Also I would recommend using filtered water in your steamer as this reduces the calcium carbonate in the water before it goes into the generator. 

If you already have limescale in your generator the best way to clean it out is to mix half white vinegar and half water and leave to soak for an hour or two, then rinse thoroughly through before you use it again.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the sauna?**
A: 60 mins max. Goes up in 5's

**Q: How much does this cost to run?**
A: It's a 1000w heater so 1kw of electricity per hour. 
Check with your electricity supplier to find out how much you are being charged per kw.
