Yes I developed a couple issues with my first one but it lasted 3 years, at this price it's about $30 per year so it's worth it to me to buy a new one. The tool for removing links is fussy and you may have to prop up the bracelet with a bit of folded paper to make it level with the tool pin. Try your best to keep the bracelet aligned so your tool pin won't bend. It will feel like it's not going to push through, but suddenly it does. I have a small wrist and like a tight watchband so I take 2 links out from either side of the clasp, 4 total.
