I found when my brush arrived it was quite dirty and turn the water light brown so certainly give it a wash before you shave it. It is a natural product so does need a bit of a clean.I only previously used fake acrylic brushes for a wet shave. Using a badger brush you’re certainly different. It’s a different techniques, using acrylic brush. There are I only previously used fake acrylic brushes for a wet shave. Using a Beije brush yourself a different it’s a different techniques, using an acrylic brush.There are plenty of YouTube videos out there telling you how to use it and how to prepare for the shave.I did note on the only other review at the time I write this the person said that all the hairs came out first time they used it. I had a shave with it about half an hour ago and only one hair came out so perhaps their brush was defective and should be replaced. Certainly, I would expect a manufacturer/supplier, if they are provided with evidence of that, to send a replacement. Mine is fine so far. I’ve got no issues whatsoever with the quality.
