Reduces digestive symptoms like bloating and gas. - 30-40% improvement in 1-2 months. - so 35624, is the probiotic for IBS and digestion. BLong 1714 - Improves Sleep quality and waking feeling refreshed - Modulates Stress response - HPA axis influences sleep regulation (often impacts Cortisol... reduced Cortisol means better sleep). These contain only 1 billion - so my best guess is 500 million of each strain, but I would like to see this confirmed in the desertcart detail./description. The strains work in a complementary way.
