As there was no way to turn this light on other than with the remote I got in touch with the seller and they kindly sent me a new light when I explained what had happened. Thank you very much and the remote is now in a safe place where her dog cant get to it now :) The light in its self is very good and bright as the rainbow if not better. The changing of light and patterns are sweet and calming for her. She said it feels like she is watching the northern lights sometimes when she has it going on a certain setting.

Saw this advertised, thought it may not be as pretty in real life but for the price I was willing to give it a go. And it’s exactly as sold. Beautiful product. Really like the look of the actual product without being on - but mostly love how well it functions. Everyone I have shown it too laughed but then said actually thats pretty cool! I love the choice of colours and being able to dim the lighting. Top tip is to have it on during a bath - super relaxing!! The noise people mentioned is SO MINIMAL. It is not at all a problem for me. I am probably going to buy one for my sister for Christmas and maybe even my boyfriend because it is something everyone no matter what age would enjoy! I got this for my granddaughter and she was made up with this light. However her dog got hold of the remote control and chewed it to bits. As there was no way to turn this light on other than with the remote I got in touch with the seller and they kindly sent me a new light when I explained what had happened. Honestly one of my favourite additions to my room. It is quite pricey especially for lack of variety but at the same time it is everything and more for what I wanted. Originally just wanted a light that could replicate water caustics but instead got a few other options that I also love. However. The controller is quite annoying and loves to misbehave and not work a lot of the time. Some of the controls and what they do can be confusing. I would love for more options and versatility/customization. The elephant in the room though is the price. Honestly quite offensive especially when you consider it will drain your electricity.
