I got the small if that helps **Q: Do these rip and tear easily?** A: They are pretty durable, but catch them on a hang nail or something sharp and they will rip just like other pantyhose. **Q: I understand they have silicone, is there enough space to clip a garter belt to them for the aesthetic?** A: I have not tried a garter belt. The top Silicone band goes right to the very top of the stocking, with no space after for a garter. However, I am thinking a garter belt would be ok since they should not fall down between the silicone and garter belt. There are 2 rows of silicone bands. I would give it a try.
