In stead I was very disappointed by the stale, rancid taste. I checked the "best by" date and it's over a year away. The bottle was sealed and everything seemed alright until I tasted it. The heat is nice. The seasoning seems right. It really SHOULD be good, but it isn't. Perhaps this bottle was mishandled somewhere along the line. Maybe it was exposed to heat or contamination ? Maybe some defect in the bottling procedure ? I'd hate to think that every bottle tastes this bad. In any event, I find this sauce to be inedible and it will be returned for a refund.
