Review: Great taste no sugar spike - Great taste and texture and they don’t spike my blood glucose. I often crave a sweet snack but usually avoid them due to diabetes. So to have something as yummy as these is a real treat. One minor criticism, the salted caramel are delicious but I have to question the taste, for me it’s not salted caramel, but I still love them.
Review: Mixed. - Bought to try the different flavours. Only like the coconut one. Choc isn’t good, caramel is ok at a pinch.

Great taste and texture and they don’t spike my blood glucose. I often crave a sweet snack but usually avoid them due to diabetes. So to have something as yummy as these is a real treat. One minor criticism, the salted caramel are delicious but I have to question the taste, for me it’s not salted caramel, but I still love them.

I'm a big fan of these and have ordered them multiple times. This last version of the bars is softer than it's been and I'm a little conflicted about that as I really liked the "bite" these bars used to have but this softer version lacks none of the flavor. Also appreciate the box used to ship these, all details matters!
