The product arrived well packaged, and having used both sets of supports for 2 days since they arrived (the thinner, tighter, dark coloured pair for when I'm wearing shoes out and about, the thicker lighter coloured pair for at home) the pain in my feet has all but gone! This is incredible as some days I was finding it hard to even put my feet on the floor!
