It was developed as a delicious alternative to covering a cake with fondant and covers cakes as beautifully as rolled fondant, while using less product and offering an outstanding flavor and texture. The process of covering a cake with Magic Chocolate is unlike using rolled fondant. A heat gun is required for application of Magic Chocolate. Instructions are included for covering cakes.To cover a 6 x 4 inch cake, 8 ounces is required; for 8 x 4 inch, 12 ounces; for 10 x 4 inch, 16 ounces, for 12 x 4 inch, 20 ounces, and for 14 x 4 inch, 26 ounces.Magic Chocolate can also be used for making flowers and bows or modeling. White Magic Chocolate may be colored with any gel color.Block of 2-1/2 pounds (40 ounces).
