Review: Welcome to Rivendall - Welcome to Rivendall. This is a big set, all those bags do look daunting at first, but the instructions do brake the build down to one /two bags at a time. I'm not a big Lord of the Rings collector. I bought this as it's an impressive set in its own right. It looks stunning as a stand alone piece. Made in three sections, a few bits were fiddley, the build was enjoyable. It has a few sections that are repetitive ( fixing all the roof and floor titles) but it's worth it for the finnished product. Overall the build isn't too complicated. Some of the instructions in the manual are difficult to see against the grey page. The high cost isn't great but it was reduced in price when I got this so it was a little more affordable. This is definitely a set I'd recommend regardless of if you are a the Lord of the Rings theme. The details are amazing and It's a well thought out set.

That’s not a bad thing, the set features so many details, from bilbos room to the hidden saurons eye. I spent roughly a week building it a few bags at a time and it was amazing the attention to detail, the building techniques were a blast from start to finish! The cost of the set is high but in return you get hours and hours of build time and hours more looking at it and posing all the great mini figures to re create your favourite lotr scenes! The set can be split into three parts to make it easier to display or play with. Overall if your a Lego fan and a Lord of the rings fan this set is fantastic, its great to build and looks amazing on display! The only disappointment I had with the set was when I finished the last page of the instructions.

Don’t be fooled, this Lego set is big, like BIG. Measures roughly 50inches in length! That’s not a bad thing, the set features so many details, from bilbos room to the hidden saurons eye. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Detailed Lego set

This Lego set is just amazing. A must have for any Lego or LOTR fan. If you’re a fan of both, it’s well worth the money. I bought it when it was reduced and I saved money each week on my Amazon account so it wasn’t a big chunk of money out of my bank account. There are bits that are really delicate but the set is strengthened by Lego to make it strong. I really enjoyed building this. It’s really beautiful and I’m getting the light set and case. I can’t wait to get my next one.
