A: I don't know that they actually put caffeine in it. You may see some ginkgo biloba as well as a few other vitamins that may add extra energy.

A: I believe "Alpha F" is what you're looking for for women's vitamins. My wife uses them and loves it.

The product is good currently drinking it and I feel the difference within a few days. I was constantly tired due to my workouts and my energy levels have improved my recovery is better and I don’t feel that constant fatigue anymore allow me to have a better performance when exercising.
