Immi is GREAT *by M***. on February 12, 2026* I've been ordering Immi for a long time and it's excellent. I've always bought directly from the company before only recently purchasing on Amazon for the first time, and was shocked to see all the one-star reviews. Reading through a few, what I am noticing is that people who "hate" Immi ramen are being unfair and unrealistic given what the product actually is. They're literally in some cases comparing with homemade ramen, or ramen you might get in a restaurant. This is dried in a package and you literally just add water. It's *obviously* not going to taste like ramen from a restaurant. Further, it's entirely vegan *and* healthy to boot. Therefore, no, it's going going to taste like stock you made by boiling a steak, and no, it's not going to taste like 80% of your day's saturated fat. It's going to taste exceptionally good for being an extremely healthy food that is entirely plant-based. I've tried all the flavors, and enjoy them all, although I tend to find the "chicken" and "beef" flavors to be the best. Recently bought their dried add-ins and they make it even better. If you're vegetarian or vegan and looking for a quick, easy, and very healthy option--and your expectations are reasonable--you may love Immi as I do. TIP: If you like stronger flavors, simply reduce the water content. It says to use 2 cups of water, but I never do.
