After a night out my bags are still less noticeable but are showing. If I go out during the day with full makeup, before I go out for the evening an I wet a finger and swipe under my eyes. I then put some in my hand use a damp finger and reapply. Sometimes a damp finger is needed to remove where it has built up a little. I am 83 and have been using this for many years. It does the best job for my bags, which are large. It is certainly worth a try. Makeup and moisturizers need to be removed with a swipe of a tissue before applying.
