The BOREAL21 saw is a packable bow saws that effortlessly unfolds in seconds for easy, high performance cuts. The blade safely folds into the frame when not in use, protecting you and your gear.

I've been using a silky bigboy which is great but a blade will last about a year and costs 50 pounds to replace . After two years using a silky bigboy I got this Boreal21 to use with it . This blade goes through a log twice as fast with half the effort . It's my go to saw now .

**Q: Are blades easy to find?**
A: You can use any standard 21in bow saw blade. A replacement blade can be had for a few dollars and are easily purchased at major home improvement stores or your local hardware stores.

**Q: Does this saw hold tension over years to come? And can the tension be adjusted?**
A: The BOREAL21 will hold tension for years without the need for adjustment.  We've purposely designed it to hold tension without the need for adjustment and without the risk of over tightening the frame.  If you ever have any issues with tension (very unlikely) just send us an email or give us a call and we'll fix it for you.

**Q: can you store an extra blade inside the saw when not in use?**
A: You can fit an extra blade inside the saw when it's not in use.  However, it needs to be removed in order to open up the saw.

**Q: Spare blades?**
A: No just the one blade.
