Review: Great garden wand and customer service. - Unit worked awesome last year. Was great to water all the plants n flowers. I forgot about it until mid summer this year after packing it away for winter. I used it today and it had leaked out of the swivel head. Just like all other junky shower heads. We will see it the company honors their warranty. Edit: Superb customer service. Changing back to 5 stars. They shipped me a new one for free and refunded my order to replace it. I really wanted to like this, but when it leaked immediately upon using it this year, I was pissed. Eventually I beat it off the ground. The mechanism that holds the swivel together is a singular screw. It looks like it loosened over time which caused the leak. But I see no way to get the plastic protector off to tighten the Philips screw. I highly recommend this wand. I bought it for the 18month warranty and the sturdy look it has. Both lived up to the name. However, the metal frame will bend if given enough force. 5/5 would buy again

I tightened the connection and that slowed it but I could see the leak was coming from inside the swivel connection. Inside the box was a card with an offer to extend the warranty to 5-years with registration. Instead of just returning it to desertcart for a replacement I decided to register the warranty and contact their customer support. They responded quickly, even though it was after hours on a Friday. I explained the situation and the rep asked for a picture or video. I provided a 1 second video and they responded immediately requesting my shipping address. Within a few days, the replacement arrived and did not have any leaks. This is how good customer service is supposed to work. Hats off to Restmo.

I am an avid gardener. This is the best watering wand I have ever used. Best design and various spray patterns work easily by a turn of the head. The length allows for easy reach onto plant beds, and the many various spray options are excellent. It is so very well made and will last. I purchased another for the back yard.
