The core of the bar is crunchy, and there's a layer of syrup between it and the outer chocolate layer. Most protein bars tend to have a bland texture, so this product was a pleasant surprise. They're also larger than many protein bars from other brands, each bar is 64g. Given their size, the calorie count of approximately 240kcal per bar is pretty good, especially since each contains 20g of protein. These bars work well for me as a dessert after the gym. They're satisfying and offer solid nutritional value. However, I must say, while many of the flavors are delicious, some are a tad too sweet. At times, I find it challenging to finish the entire bar because of the overwhelming sweetness and need to portion the snack. But if you love sweet things, this bar might be just right for you. My only disappointment was with the variety in the box. I ordered a 12-bar variety pack, but there were only 6 flavors. I missed out on the raspberry and banoffee pie flavors, which I was eager to try. It's unfortunate that it wasn't clear this product only comes with 6 different flavors. It'd be great if customers could pick their preferred flavors.
