The tag inside says HQUEC. So I bought these directly from them. They are super comfortable, have pockets big enough for phone and wallet, and seem pretty durable. I will say I only wear them around the house, because they may be slightly thin to wear in direct sunlight. I worry that they would be somewhat translucent outside, but I don't fear they would get beat up. The drawstring is plenty long, so you don't have to worry about it falling in. The best part is that they are long. They may not have the longest inseam, but the build is such that there is plenty of room between the waist and crotch. This makes them way more comfortable, and allows them to always be below the knees. I am very happy with these shorts. I actually own 7 different kinds of them now. They have replaced all my other "around the house" shorts.
