They sent me a brand new set right away! If you ever have any issues with the product, definitely email them. They are so nice and truly care about making sure you’re happy. Great customer service and great product! I actually bought two sets in different sizes because my dog’s back paws are smaller than her front ones, and they fit perfectly! She walks in them with no problem and they stay on really well. Also, they’re so freaking cute. We get “aww” looks and compliments every time she wears them! Thickness: It’s thick to protect her paws and keep foxtails from poking her! Ease of removal: Easy to remove with the straps Comfort: She walks easily in them. Size: Have to buy 2 sizes. Works very well but if your dog has long nails they will eventually pierce through the front. They hold up great in the summer and in the snow. They do often twist around and come undone but my dog is also just really hard on shoes. Would definitely recommend them!
