Afra Combo Pack includes two 300g sprays: a heavy-duty clear silicone lubricant and a silicone-free mold release agent. Designed for injection molding and thermoplastic industries, both sprays offer wide temperature tolerance (-40 to 200°C), are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and compatible with a broad range of plastics, metals, and resins. Ideal for enhancing mold release efficiency while supporting post-molding processes like painting and plating, this pack ensures professional-grade performance and durability.

## Description

This spray is a mould-release agent free from Silicone. It is mainly used as an anti-splatter agent in CO2 and similar welding operations. It is usable for most injection moulded plastics, metals, resins, waxes etc. especially when the moulded article is required to be painted, printed, plated, metallized, glued or coated.
This unique, multifunctional Silicone fluid is designed for mould release and industrial maintenance in the Thermoplastic Industry.  They are designed to improve release efficiency in many processes including compression, transfer, vacuum forming, pour casting, die casting and extrusion moulding.
These sprays are compatible with ABS, Nylon, Polypropylene, PPO, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Acetyl, Polyester, Poly sulfone, Polyethylene and several Rubbers, Waxes, Resins & Metals. They also rejuvenate rubber, plastic, synthetic leather and vinyl surfaces by hiding scratches & producing a high shine.

- Non toxic, colorless and generally odorless. Suitable for incidental food contact. Non oxidizing, non-gumming lubricant and extremely water-repellant, weather resistant in nature.
