A lovely soft fabric that isn’t transparent at all. It hangs lovely, personally I’d only wear as a skirt as I feel the length and shape as a dress is wrong. I’d also say that although it’s elasticated if you are much more than a uk size 16 it’d be quite snug. I’m a 12/14 depending on cut and it fits nice also found the tie part ample. I bought the burgundy and it’s a lovely colour and pattern.
