My 2 month old grandson first Christmas was Dec 2017 so he will be able to use it with supervision of course within a few months and then all year, maybe longer. My daughter also photographs babies and toddlers, so great photo prop. Great sturdy construction, husband put it together in 10 minutes. No bad smell. The horse's mane has crinkle material inside! The music works by only squeezing the ear so not obnoxious, it only works when you want it to or just don't put in a battery. The front legs are a little weird looking but kind of funny because they are just hanging there and you can move them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unique.
