The spigot is the issue. I’ve had zero problems with this container leaking, however. I like that it’s tall and skinny, vs. shorter and more cube shaped, because it takes up less room in the car and is easier to tuck in there. I also love the opening to fill this container. It’s nice and big. The other brand had a smaller opening, so there’s less flexibility when filling. I think the bigger opening on this container makes it easier to dry out at the end of a trip. If needed, I could certainly reach in with a paper towel on a pair of tongs to help speed up the drying process. Very happy with this purchase, especially after my frustrations with the other container.
