Review: Excellent product and customer service - I love these headphones but more importantly the customer service is excellent. I have bought a lot of different headphones for my daughter over the last few years and they have all broken very quickly. I decided to take a risk and spend a bit more money on these and I don't regret it one bit, they have been excellent for over 18 months. In fact I bought a second blue pair for my son. They did however develop a fault this week so I contacted the company to see if they could help me out. The response I received went way beyond what I expected especially due to the fact they were out of warranty. Despite the headphones being out of warranty they ran through a couple of trouble shooting steps and when that didn't work they shipped me a new pair. I would highly recommend these headphones but more importantly the company seems to really value it's customers, I will be using this company whenever possible.

**Q: I'm looking for replacement ear cushions for BT5200 headphones, are they the same fit as for BT2200s headphones?**
A: Unfortunately, we don't have any more of the BT5200 ear cushions as we discontinued that model a while ago and the new BT2200s have different ear cushion attachments than the one you had. Sorry about that!

**Q: Can adults use these headphones**
A: Yes, they are over-ear so they are able to fit some adults.

I love these headphones but more importantly the customer service is excellent. I have bought a lot of different headphones for my daughter over the last few years and they have all broken very quickly. The best! Saved me, our autistic son, and our banks! Brilliant! Our autistic son recently got into headphones and was using a set from 2022 that was wearing and too loud. He was using them full volume and that’s not good for his hearing, you could hear them from across the room, so we purchased some limited ones. He loves them! They’re a lot safer sound and they feel super comfortable, great build quality and they last him months. They unfortunately broke last week after him using and loving them for a number of months, we contacted support. Puro contacted us back within a few hours and gave us some things to try, unfortunately none worked to resolve the issue, we told them and they sent out a replacement set! Literally less than a day, after 3 days they arrived! Back in business and ready to love again. Cheers! A must have for parents concerned for kids listening! Great quality, use, and support!
