It looks so good (several compliments in the first week) I wish I had taken the time to line the bag - these leather handles make it look very expensive and there's been some disappointment expressed at the unfinished interior! Length is just enough to carry on my shoulder which I wanted since I made the bag to carry laptop longways. Used my Brother sewing machine to stitch them on.3 months later. . . I ended up with my nursing school text books in the original bag too & these handles held up great. Have bought several more for other hand-bags that everyone keeps asking me to make. I love the feel of them.
