Keep it in the fridge for longevity so it doesnt go rancid on you and you will be very happy with its performance. It has a wonderful fragrance and provides a deep sesame flavor to any dish you apply it to. I add it to my bread machine when i make a loaf because the sesame adds wonderful flavor without the mess of seeds. You should note that when you keep it in the fridge the viscosity thickens and it pours slower. I have used this for a long time now and do not need to try other brands as this is fine. Unfortunately my order arrived damaged and the oil leaked everywhere. In fact this oil is so fragrant a bear braved the spotlights in front of my home to get to the box with the broken bottles. That never happened before! I didnt bother to ask the bear what it thought of the oil either.😄 Unless you are going to be using alot consider buying one bottle at a time so your supply will be fresher.
