A: The fliplock system may not be locked. Open the fliplock tab and adjust the poles to the proper height. Close fliplock tab. You should feel a bit of resistance when closing it. Please refer to the instruction or page description for correct assembly.

**Q: HOW DO I SET THE DESIRED HEIGHT?**
A: Suitable trekking pole length = your height x 0.7. The adjustment range is 115-135 cm, and the suitable height range is 166-193 cm.
